Las TIC un mecanismo para aportar a la competitividad en las organizaciones

Information and communication technologies have influenced the approach of organizational strategies to be efficient. The objective of this research is to present the current state of ICT as elements that favor competitiveness. The methodology was the review of scientific articles. The results demonstrate the inappropriate use of ICT, oriented to communication processes, considering as factors of competitiveness only external ones. Finally, it is proposed for governments to promulgate a policy that allows the appropriation of technology as a source of value to promote competitiveness in the regions.
