Resumen
Preeclampsia affects between 4 to 8% of all human pregnancies. It compromised both mothers and offspring beyond perinatal period. This is the first of two papers related with this phenomenon and shows the available evidence about the effect of preeclampsia over the preeclamptic offspring from cohort studies. It is devoted to develop all facts related with respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, neurological issues and other problems presented over neonatal period.
