Resumen
Systematic reviews of the literature (SR) have been widely used in the theoretical background for the development of research, since it is acknowledged by academia as an instrument for the synthesized collection of evidence that, by following a series of documented and systematized steps, assure the comprehension, transparency and reproducibility of results. However, SR presents some deficiencies in the achievement of results, such as the researcher’s bias in decision making from early stages of the process to the analysis of results. This article proposes a methodology that both mitigates and eliminates subjectivity in the SR construction process, using different techniques used for bibliometric analysis and proposed by the authors.
