Propuesta para la virtualización del Técnico Auxiliar Contable y Administrativo ofrecido por la Caja De Compensación Familiar del Oriente Comfaoriente en Ocaña

Abstract

This research develops the virtualization proposal of the accounting and administrative assistant technician offered by the Comfaoriente family compensation fund, beginning with the study of the target population that allows the identification of the essential characteristics demanded for the development of training under virtual modality, for which the analysis, review and study of information, essential to establish the bases of the proposal, is carried out. Additionally, the characteristics of the participants are identified, instruments are applied to collect information. In order to adapt the proposal to the conditions of the entity studied and that of the participants, a study was carried out on the different technological and pedagogical tools that could be integrated into the proposal that was developed with adequate quality and relevance parameters. for the execution of training in a virtual format. According to the information obtained from the population and the pedagogical and technological tools studied, the teaching plans are developed for the development of virtual training that integrates the tools, activities, methodologies and tasks established for the development of the teaching-learning process through of the platform with the design of each of the modules that make up the training. Finally, a pilot test was developed with the accounting resources module, which sought to confront the students with the proposal to identify their levels of acceptability and adaptability to the established virtual proposal and obtain information that would allow improvements for the complete development of the training with the proposal. developed.
