Abstract

This research aims to build a Corporate Social Responsibility model that allows companies in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Center sectors to integrate social, environmental and economic strategies as part of their business vision, in order to respond to current challenges, in terms of sustainable development, information transparency, external control of actions and compliance with the expectations and interests of the stakeholders. Companies today must adopt practices that allow them to be involved responsibly to the social environment; for this, it is based on the assumption that it is possible to build this type of models by articulating the good practices of the experts and the different tools in question, in order to respond to the demands set forth in the main objective, the creation of a model that facilitates the implementation of CSR in companies in the BPO or Call Center sector, with an application case for the company Majorel Bucaramanga SAS. The methodology addressed allows the creation of the following deliverables: characterization of interest groups, policies, plans, programs, evidence of application and design of indicators for evaluation. In order to comply, mixed research is used, as an approach that gives an explanatory order and a description of the phenomenon under study, proposing a methodology constituted in the following stages: initially the concept is theoretically addressed, the methodologies, tools and fundamental aspects of the company. In a second moment, the interest groups are defined. Then, in a third moment the documents are designed. To conclude with the evaluation system approach according to GRI indicators. All these actions are aimed at motivating other companies in the sector to become aware of the benefits of adopting these strategies and implementing the model
