Diseño de plan de negocios para el desarrollo de un emprendimiento de negocio digital de consultoría en analítica de datos para Pymes en Colombia mediante la metodología Lean Startup

Abstract

This project identifies the needs that SMEs must develop a data analytics project in Colombia. It also describes the requirements to implement a consulting service that meets these needs and contributes to their growth, sustainability, and decision-making process. To this end, using the Lean Startup methodology, a business plan hypothesis is defined through the Lean Canvas model, a minimum viable product - MVP - is developed, and its impact is measured through a KPI dashboard. Finally, the initial hypothesis is pivoted to present the business plan design of a digital business consulting in data analytics for SMEs in Colombia. The business plan documentation is obtained using the Lean Startup methodology, the minimum viable product is developed through a website and a process flow for the data analytics consulting process, the impact of the PMV is measured through a validation tool for potential customers and this project presents the Lean Canvas model of the pivoted business plan.
