The university task must strengthen professional competencies through efficient educational strategies. Therefore, the objective of this work is to identify these strategies with a cross-sectional study by applying a survey to students with an open question related to competency education; for this, the methodology selected is text mining. The results obtained identify two strategic factors distributed in three groups of students, from which the strategies of teachinglearning must be redirected.
