N2 - To enhance the performance of transportation systems a wide range of computer applications and computer software have been developed, which help users into the decision-making process. This paper intends to go into the field of human-computer interaction and transportation, by carrying out a literature review in order to recognize the usefulness of human-computer interaction and the way that it is used in the topic of transportation. human-computer interaction perspectives are applicable to describe, to analyze, to improve issues as user experience, user security, urban development, business model and so for. Understanding the way, a system is utilized is crucial to achieve the purpose of its design.
