This study aims to verify the current state of scientific production related to usability approaches in the solutions offered by information and communication technologies (ICT)-Internet of Things (IOT) in agriculture, through two methodologies: The first one adopts the Research profile model which, by using descriptive statistics, analyzes trends in production, authors and areas of knowledge using the databases offered by Scopus and Web Of Science; the second method involves a scientometric analysis using the results obtained by VOSviewer, using co-occurrence maps of key words, term analysis and co-author analysis. At the end an overlapping map will be made that will determine the relationship between both methodologies that will offer the reader a concrete analysis of the research area.
