Abstract

The teaching of law and legal research require a philosophical evaluation process in order to assess their democratic relevance. Legal philosophy and epistemology have the potential to play a key role in democratic legal education. The proposed reflection starts from questioning, from a philosophical perspective, about the construction of a training and research process that integrates a perspective of legal epistemology that represents its transformative potential.
