Abstract

The objective of the article is to show the experience and pillars of the Center for Excellence and Internet Acquisition of Things (CEA-IoT)-Nodo Oriente, its articulation from the academy to the productive sector. It is contextualized from IoT and its importance for the development of the experience. It is concluded that the important factors in the success of the alliances are: commitment and support from the management of the company; existence of sponsor in the company; attitude and skills of the researcher.
