Abstract

This document will present the biomechanical analysis for the good positioning of the arabesque in ballet. The arabesque or arabesco is one of the main positions in classical ballet. The dancer is in profile, holding on one leg and keeping the other leg extended backwards, the hands are in various harmonic positions.
