Description

El Estado colombiano esta obligado a garantizar el derecho de las mujeres y niñas a acceder a una IVE legal. Sin embargo siguen existiendo barreras estructurales para acceder a este derecho. El proyecto que se propone busca analizar la viabilidad de exigir la responsabilidad del Estado en los casos en que se niega el acceso a la IVE legal.
