General Objective

DETERMINAR si la lesión o vulneración de las voluntades anticipadas en Colombia dentro del proceso de atención en salud constituye un daño indemnizable autónomo o una hipótesis de responsabilidad médica.

Specific Objectives

DESCRIBIR el marco normativo, jurisprudencial y doctrinal de las voluntades anticipadas en Colombia
ANALIZAR los daños indemnizables autónomos reconocidos en Colombia y las hipótesis de responsabilidad
ESTABLECER el daño indemnizable o hipótesis de responsabilidad ante la vulneración o lesión a las voluntades anticipadas en Colombia
