Sergio Peñaranda García

A professional in Business Administration (UFPS), a specialist in HSEQ Quality Management Systems (UPA), and holds an MBA (UIS) and a Master's degree in International Trade Management (UPB). I have extensive work experience in positions of responsibility and trust, including as a manager and sales director, leading teams in sectors such as healthcare, construction, and metalworking, among others. I began my career as a Business Administration professor at the University of Pamplona (UPA) and currently teach at UNAB in the Business Administration program and postgraduate programs in the Faculty of Economics and Business, specializing in Master's and Master's degrees. I am also a guest lecturer in the Master's programs in Industrial Engineering (UPA), Organizational Management (Unisangil), and Business Administration (UNAB), as well as in short courses at Universidad del Rosario and the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce, where I have taught courses in Negotiation, Leadership, and Management. Certified teacher of the Leadership for Change, Andragogy and Case Method Seal Course (Core Business School, Rio Grande Valley University and Tec de Monterrey).
