Oscar is a dedicated researcher with interest in the impact of soft skills within managerial roles on overall productivity. His work also delves into the challenges faced by front-line workers within organizations. Through extensive research, he has explored retirement dynamics and subjective well-being, aiming to unravel how individuals make decisions in long-term projects influenced by their surroundings.
In recent years, Oscar has designed and implemented surveys to collect job-related information from workers that has served as guide for developing training curricula, with the ultimate goal of bridging the gender gap.
His academic journey includes a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southern California, as well as a Master´s in Economics from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Oscar´s adventure began with a degree in Economics from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada.
