PhD in Education, with a postdoctoral research stay in Educational Leadership and University Internationalization at the University of Alcalá; Master’s degree in Evaluation and Quality Management in Higher Education; Master’s degree in Educational Technology; Specialist in Special Educational Needs; and Bachelor’s degree in Education, awarded Magna Cum Laude honors. As a Full Professor, researcher, and Director of UNAB’s PhD in Education program, she brings together her academic background with graduate program management, teacher education, and the design of innovative educational experiences. Her work focuses on quality in higher education, faculty evaluation, the pedagogical integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), research training, teacher development, creativity, innovation, and internationalization. Her academic production and projects are aimed at transforming educational practice, strengthening research communities, and contributing to the improvement of education in Colombia and Ibero-America.
