I am an associate professor of Economics and the director of the Economics Program at the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga

Research interests

My research focuses on the application of experimental and behavioral economics to understand socioeconomic inequality and its impacts on academic achievement and employment opportunities. My work aims to identify economic and social factors that influence these disparities, with the goal of informing policies and practices that promote equity in diverse settings.
